This class provides the opportunity to understand the impact of personality on project management. Individuals with different personalities approach projects in very different ways. There is no universal right way to manage projects. We pick the techniques and strategies that work best for us as individual project managers. In this class you will increase your effectiveness by increasing your own self awareness and understanding the preferences of your project team members.
